This role started as a Christmas casual role and I was asked to stay on after the seasonal period. I was responsible for a high level of customer service, stock management, regular inventory checks, cabinet security, and point of sales. Swarovski provides a high level of training for their staff to achieve the best outcomes. This was a valuable experience.

Casual Work - Sales Ambassador 

I was the Puppy Pre-School Puppy Trainer for the Hawthorn location for 3 years. I also engaged heavily in customer service and sales outside of the training sessions encouraging customers on healthy options of treats, food and stimulation for their particular pet. This role also included hygiene management before and after the training sessions; curriculum facilitation of the 6week training course

In this role I was a 3IC manager for a small team at a cards and gift shops. I was responsible for boosting moral, holiday events and team participation, as well as managing our gift wrapping station, stocking inventory, counting inventory customer sales.

I am currently working at the Design Factory Melbourne, helping to facilitate workshops in design thinking, capability building and creating conditions for innovation. I am also finishing a Bachelor of Business with a Major in Entrepreneurship and Innovation and a Minor in Public Relations. My background lies heavily in creative and performing arts and many of the skills and disciplines from that training have translated well into my studies in business both being able to take abstract information and turn it into tangible, viable opportunities.
