As Venue Manager, I was responsible for coordinating social media marketing efforts and producing digital content. My role also covered a wide range of responsibilities from supervision of day-to-day operations and service periods to HR functions such as recruitment, development of contracts and SOPs, mediation, dismissal, and payroll. I also performed general bookkeeping tasks.
