I was an integral member of the administration team utilised across the CTP space within the company. I liaised with claimants, providers, other insurers and Governmental agencies within my role. I assisted claims consultants in completion of letters and other communication to external stakeholders. Furthermore, I screened claims before they were assigned to consultants to review work needed.
