I am a researcher who is passionate about innovating the way we provide mental health care. In particular, I am focused on ways to improve positive mental wellbeing, rather than focusing on psychological distress only. This work has been recognised nationally and internationally, and is slowly gaining traction! 

Focused on producing research on new models of mental health interventions. Particularly focused on the delivery and evaluation of mid-large scale projects designed to deliver preventative resilience interventions to different cohorts across South Australia.
