SRP was one of Milawa's popular cafes and I spent my 11 months there playing a variety of roles including barista, waitress, kitchen hand, front of house. I too was involved in stock take and a variety of other behind the scenes jobs. I made a point of being friendly to our customers and thoroughly enjoyed the company of the regulars.
