Hi, I'm Sal.

My recent work experience is with Sydney Business – an RTO in Chatswood that specialises with the New Enterprise Incentive Scheme (NEIS). NEIS is a government-funded program that helps job seekers start their business. My role requires a high level of attention to detail and accuracy. Reliability and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines was highly regarded in my role. Tasks range from reception duties, preparing and entering government forms, making NEIS contracts, finalising monthly reports such as suspensions and reinstatements, and liaise with job service providers and NEIS department in Canberra. 

While taking my postgraduate degree, I was a resident assistant (RA) at Macquarie University Village (MUV) for 3 years. As a part of the resident assistant team, we attend to over 890 rooms with around 900 residents during our shifts. By proactively volunteering during peak seasons to attend check-ins and checkouts, I was offered a summer internship offer at the Customer Contact Village (CCV), Campus Living Villages (CLV) head office. 

CLV is a global student accommodation provider with services in finance, design, development, project management and operation of student housing. At CCV, we deliver an exceptional customer experience (chat support, inbound and outbound calls) that contributes to the generation and conversion of sales. During my internship, I performed above the company ZenDesk benchmark. CCV team was also crowned the NSW winner of the Australian Marketing Institute Award for Excellence in Customer Experience Marketing during that time.  

Lastly, I am proficient across the Microsoft Office Suite, Mailchimp, Adobe Acrobat Pro DC, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Lightroom and Spark. I also did a logo and shirt design for an Australian surf shop.
