She is a former news person with four years of experience in news editing, production and anchoring. She worked as News Editor/Presenter and News/Program Producer at Nepal Television NTV, the station under Ministry of Information and Communication Technology, the Government of Nepal. As a news editor, part of her job included: news writing, translation, reporting, live news presentation, copy editing, post production of visuals and audio clips, production of news/programs and interviewing among others. In future, she looks forward to working with international companies and development sectors to enhance her career. Beside her journalistic career, she has a wide experience in development sector as well. She has worked as a program coordinator for four years at various arenas including Anti-Tobacco Campaign, Global Warming and Climate Change.
Currently, she is pursuing her Masters degree in Social Work Qualifying from Western Sydney University, Sydney, Australia. She is originally from South Asian Country Nepal, and now lives in Sydney, Australia.
She is a post-graduate of Sociology (Research). She holds a bachelor degree in Journalism and Mass Communication with honors in Major English, Journalism and Mass Communication.
