EXPERIENCE Team member, top 12 finalist FMAA National Management Consulting Case Competition • Worked as part of an effective team and proceeded to the Campus Heat stage of the competition, where the team competed with 11 other teams from the University of Melbourne. • Conducted extensive research on the beauty industry and analysed industry trends to identify opportunities for growth. • Solutions recommended include expansion of product mix, leveraging augmented reality mirror to enhance in-store experience and a social media brand ambassadors program to increase customer engagement.
