My experience with Paddi has been quite a positive one despite it been short. I have joined in order to apply for the metro tunnel project. I feel Paddi has a very nice user interface that feels fresh and fun to navigate however it can be improved by adding in search options or something that saves the users preferences. E.g If I live in NSW, I wish to have the system only show me jobs from NSW.
