About udit
After completing my graduation in May 2015, I started working with Arcons Group (an infrastructure development and real estate firm). Wherein, I considered procurements, operations, sales, logistics and storage for fly ash brick and crushed stones. Post that I started working with a start-up called UrbanClap (online service marketplace) as a Business Development Associate. Working as a BDA is a challenging task on Indian Territory because I had to connect with service providers who had barely used internet and smartphones. I started with conducting my own primary research for various areas; connect with them personally and then sell them the application. I could successfully accomplish my targets before the deadline and provided the company with some quality service providers.
I also worked with Atelier 451 (Art Gallery), Melbourne, as a shop assistant to help change the display of paintings for merchandise display at the point of sale in a very efficient and impressive manner and further assisted with the sales.
I have a keen eye for finding appropriate selling point for customers and engaging them. I have demonstrated my abilities through successful target achievements in my previous internships in multiple domains.
Coming from an infrastructure and construction, and real estate background I have developed keenness and curiosity in the property market which showed me the way to choose career path and pursue my dream of working with a real estate agency. My internship with Arcons Real Estate Pvt Ltd. has helped fuel this enthusiasm and has given me the necessary knowledge and understanding of the property market, specifically in the housing sector where I developed the transferable skills in the real estate arena.
