A little bit about myselfHi there! I’m Serina Liu and I’m a fourth year Commerce/Arts student at the University of Sydney, majoring in International Business, Marketing, Germanic Studies and Japanese Studies.Skills and experience

• I am an open thinker and keen to develop as a person and enhance the skills that I have acquired through internships, university studies, casual work and extracurricular activities. I am also curious, highly organised and willing to experience unfamiliarity and encounter perspectives that may challenge my own. Therefore, I am always open to feedback, as I firmly believe that there is always room for self-improvement.
• As a Marketing Associate at the Santiago office of the Australian legal and business advisory firm, Harris Gómez Group, I led the implementation of marketing automation and CRM systems across three international regions- Sydney, Bogotá and Santiago. I also redesigned digital and physical assets such as the website and marketing collateral, as well as developed a social media advertisement strategy, including costings.

• As a Programs Intern at the NGO, The Hunger Project Australia, I was involved in the strategic side of the organisation’s activities, which involved developing content marketing schedules, editing publications and analysing competitors.

• I am currently a casual Brand Ambassador at Retail Marketing Group Australasia, whereby I have developed and enhanced my interpersonal skills by educating consumers on the usage of Intel products such as VR and core processors.

• I am fully competent in using Microsoft Office, Google Docs, Sheets and Slides and have experience with SPSS, ActiveCampaign, Opt-In Monster, Canva, WordPress, SharePoint and POS.
