I am Ziwei Fu (Margaret), a postgraduate student from the Monash University, majoring accounting. I got some professional experience of accounting and finance before in the State Grid Corporation of China, RuiHua accounting firm and Citibank.
As a Junior Accountant in the SGCC, I assisted the manager to fill out two tax worksheets (a quarter), recorded journal entries and ledgers of A/P, A/R and Payroll accounts, prepared the balance sheets and income statements in that quarter and analysed the fluctuation of the key accounts; Worked with the RuiHua Accounting Firm, I collected related financial and non-financial data and reports from clients and coordinated other members to write audit documents as an audit assistant; In the Citibank, I assisted managers to collect and manage the customer information, promoted three products for customers and responded the enquiries from clients.
As a volunteer and member, I serve the Monash Postgraduate Association and the Australia China EXPO. I served and joined the Trivia night and “Run for kids”, a fund raising activity and prepared for the graduation ceremony as a volunteer. I joined the Tree Planting Trip in the Wilson Reserve and planted more than 100 saplings. Further, I am a Chairman of Accommodation Department in the Student Union of TJPU. I organised four activities and competitions in the Student Union, such as Accommodation Festival and Multi-Culture Week.
I can register and adjust entries, ledgers and bank reconciliation by using MYOB Accounting software proficiently. I am a proficient user of Microsoft Office ( Powerpoint, Word, Excel) and passed two foundation programs of Australia CPA.
I have effective communication capabilities demonstrated in advertising and promoting Citi Finance Products to its clients and the IELTS Academic overall band score of 6.5 and Mandarin.
