Shane is a skilled consultant, program manager and project manager with over thirty years’ IT&T and Digital experience that spans Financial Services, Energy/Infrastructure/Resources, Telecommunications, and Aviation. Shane has deep experience in consulting and engagement in Digital Transformation.
Coming from a systems engineering background, Shane has experience in a range of consulting, management, and program delivery roles. Shanes' range of experiences is across both the supply (Tier 1 vendor) and demand (IT General Management) sides of technology. While Shanes's career is firmly planted in infrastructure (EUC, Datacentre, Midrange), over the past several years Shane has migrated to predominantly digital delivery. This includes Microsoft 365, Azure, AWS, iOS development, and delivery.
Shane builds multi-disciplinary teams including executive leaders, stakeholders, team members, and third-party vendors across geographically-diverse locations. Leveraging Agile (SCRUM, SAFe) and Waterfall (PMP, PRINCEII) techniques, Shane has led teams from inception to implement complex, transformation initiatives.
