I am a Computer and Network Engineer, currently studying in my penultimate year. I am looking for full-time employment in the industry of networks engineering, while I complete my Honors part-time. My aim is to gain a foothold and further advance my career in this field, in a high growth company, where I can apply my technological expertise and my well refined interpersonal skills to ensure a company?s success.
I have proven experience in planning, designing, implementing, troubleshooting and documenting engineering solutions. I have the ability to generate and evaluate complex ideas and concepts at an abstract level. I can also interpret technological concepts to show how they align to a businesses principles.
During any project, I spend considerable time understanding and critically analyzing the brief as this is the most important aspect of any project. This helps avoid many issues such as scope creep and mission creep, so they do not grow into bigger problems such as cost overrun. I can understand the flow of programming languages to fully action any brief a client might need. I have considerable experience in interpreting, solutioning and debugging and implementing software solutions in C, C++, Java, x86 Assembly and more.
I have gained sound knowledge of infrastructure systems, including design, maintenance, development, and evaluation, including LAN, WAN, intra/internet, security, wireless implementations, etc. Networking, being my passion, is a field that is constantly evolving and with it, evolve myself in a professional capacity.
