I am a very hard working and persistent person, as reflected in my university and high school grades and achievements. With an early found passion for mathematics and science, I have known for years that it is my dream to become a successful electrical engineer despite the cultural sexist influences I had grown up with in my Turkish community. Despite this, I have completed two very fulfilling years of my studies at RMIT. I have proven to cope well under pressure in situations like time constraints and dealing with lazy group members in projects as well as proving to adapt well to change when I moved to Melbourne from regional NSW. Soon entering my third year of studies, I believe I have the capacity and skillset it takes to undertake an electrical engineering internship with knowledge and skill in PCB design, building and soldering for a switch mode power supply, fluency in low level machine code programming languages like Assembler and high level program languages like C++, Python and MATLAB, skill and knowledge in electronics circuit design and building (OPAMPS, BJTs and logical IC's including flip-flops and counters), knowledge in the use of AVR ATMEGA32 microcontroller in embedded systems such as building a distance detector, and also in signal processing for communications systems.
