My working career has taught me so much about customer engagement, teamwork and great communication skills, but it has also taught me a lot about myself. I am a hard-working self-starter with an obsession for visual design. Accustomed to working in a challenging and fast-paced environment, I am motivated to merge creativity and Design Thinking with traditional business methodologies to deliver the best results for my clients. I am excited to explore opportunities and step out of my comfort zone in pursuit of honing and refining new skills. I possess the necessary skills and experience that many companies seek and am confident that I would make a valuable addition to any team. Further to the 2 years of progress knowledge in customer experience, I’ve worked with many different teams and clients in order to achieve the best results. My responsibility as a UX Designer, include developing relationships with key client partners, driving research for client objectives and create visually compelling journey, persona, empathy maps & wireframes. This is where my passion lays and I look forward to strengthening my knowledge and learning.
