David is a recent graduate from Monash University’s Master of Business program in Business Ethics and Society and so has extensively explored the fields of Leadership, Management, Ethics, Cross-Cultural Communication and Diversity; by working on real-world case studies and by applying personal insights to current research.
He has most recently carried out auditory assessments on behalf of the Department of Education and Training, for Kindergarten and Long Day Care Centres across Victoria, while contracted with Ernst and Young.
He has also worked for two years as a Talent Transformation Executive at Kaleidoscope Consulting, Mumbai, India; where he was able to bring to the table his expertise in designing new program content and facilitation skills on basic behavioural programs.
David has worked as an Implementation Intern at Samhita Social Ventures, Mumbai, India; where he has coordinated with clients and partners to renovate and redevelop community facilities in the slums of Mumbai.
Music plays an important role in his life, and he has been dynamically involved with his choir for well over 13 years. The choir performs bespoke sacred Indian folk melodies set to contemporary western harmony, with languages from across India and around the world.
The choir received International recognition and was invited to perform for the American Independence Day Parade, and the 38th International Congress of the Peuri Cantores.
David has a passion for theatre and the arts. He performed a key role in the musical play 'The Witness' at several staging’s across India and Canada.
As an Animator and Facilitator at The Gleehive Camps for Children and Youth; David has helped them develop their communication, teamwork, teambuilding and leadership skills.
