I am a passionate, proactive and sucess-focused hospitality and business Master/MBA student, with 4 years of experience in the hospitality industry and a keen interest in entrepreneurship. If I had to choose one person, dead or alive, who I'd like to have dinner with, I would choose Emile Zola, a French author from the 19th century, who revolutionized the literary world and French society through his fabulous novels depicting the problems of society and the labour market in France in the 19th century. He stood up for his ideals and was vastly talented. Even during his exil due to his political views, he would stay strong whilst staying focused on his work in a humble and wisdom-filled way.
