I am an extremely enthusiastic and resourceful individual who utilises a diverse range of problem solving and communication skills to adapt and achieve success in a range of environments. These qualities have been developed throughout my time at school and then at the University of Melbourne. Whilst holding several leadership opportunities at school and St Hilda's residential college, it exposed me to the pressures of leadership and responsibility. This exposure highlighted the importance of leadership qualities; effective and clear communication, the strength of adaptability combined with the importance of listening . These factors were reaffirmed whilst I was finishing off my studies as I took the role of Team Leader for Delaware North. Monitoring and the running of large corporate space during AFL match days has continued to develop my professionalism and astuteness in a professional setting preparing me for the next stage in my career.
