My name is Harriet Nixon, and I am a lover of all things fashion and beauty. I aspire to work in the fashion industry one day and to always be on the move as I am determined to work hard and clearly see the benefits and outcome of it all. I am goal oriented and ambitious, organized, eager to learn and passionate about the fashion industry, as fashion and what I wear is a way for me to express myself and be confident in what I do. I aim to work as a content creator for a fashion company, and to be a fashion writer for a website like Refinery29, and so much more. Working in the fashion industry will allow me to achieve my goal of traveling the world, and creating content and art as I move as that is where I see myself going. Being artistic to me, whether through my artistic makeup, painting or fashion choices, is my way I can have a creative outlet on life. Fashion isn’t the only thing important to me, I am passionate about business and marketing and the environment. As I volunteer at a thrift shop when I can, I enjoy learning about sustainability and the fashion market. The degree I am studying will allow me to pursue all this and much more, as I am studying art and creative writing. At the end of the day, I plan to influence lives, and to always be creating and strengthening my creativity.
