Hi there! My name is My Nguyen, a design enthusiast.
I'm in my 3rd year in Bachelor of Design (Digital media), RMIT University. A poster series about heroin effect that I created in my Typography course got chosen to be exhibited in RMIT Vietnam's annual showcase - Bigger: SCD Student Showcase 2017. I’ve been working as a student graphic designer for over one year in various positions and projects:

• Graphic designer at Lumiere photography club – a well-known photography club for students in Vietnam – where I got hands-on experience with creating digital and printed graphics for their events and contests.
• Art director for The Paper Crane production with the jobs of creating their branding, posters, illustrations and motion videos. I’ve got a chance to learn so many new lessons outside university and was able to gain more experience in my area, developed my teamwork skill and problem-solving prowess.
• Other organizations I’ve worked with were Ho Chi Minh Model United Nations, Le Hong Phong Festival, The Logisticom Vietnam and in various freelance projects.

I would be a great candidate if you are looking for a visual addict, a hard-worker and someone who is always eager to learn. My aesthetic sense is what I take pride in, but good design does not simply rely on the visual aspect. I make sure to prioritize effectiveness and satisfaction when it comes to working. Through my designs, I hope to create not only beautiful objects but also to create a solution and a positive impact.
